Fees
1. The annual co-op member fee for the 2024-2025 school year is $100 per family and $50 for class facilitators. The fee is paid to the Encouragers Co-op at the start of the school year. The fees are utilized to provide the end of the year gift to the church for the use of the facilities, insurance, and any other operational expenses such as paper goods, cleaning supplies and so on. The co-op board is 100% volunteer work.
2. Individual class fees vary and are charged by each class facilitator to cover expenses for facilitating the class. It is important to read the class descriptions to be aware of class expenses, such as book, supplies etc. Individual class fees can be found by clicking on the (CLASS SCHEDULE AND REGISTRATION) link and selecting the class of interest.
Class fees are paid directly to the facilitator. Please check with the class facilitator for the preferred method of payment. Facilitators may accept personal check, cash, Venmo or PayPal (least preferred due to the processing fee). If another option is needed please contact a board member.
